Because of the expected overwhelming response to this event, SCWDC will visit this exhibit on two different dates: January 31 and March 28, 2010
Join us for a tour of this special exhibition of soldiers, charioteers, archers, and musicians. Nearly 2,000 years ago, thousands of life-size clay figures were buried in massive underground pits to accompany China's first emperor, Qin Shihuangdi, into the afterlife. Now you can stand face-to-face with these stunning warrior statues. This is a self-guided exhibit but audio tours are available for purchase. The tickets are timed entry to avoid crowding inside. Extra added bonus is a 10 percent discount for the group in the gift shop. Leader will supply meet-up location upon receipt of reservation.
Please download this reservation form, fill out, and mail to leader along with check made out to SCWDC.
